What is Fae Tis Moor? (Fate-is-more)
Good question.
But rather than boring you with a long list of fantastic qualities, why don’t we show you!
You see, it all started with two best friends:
After much deliberation (becoming authors, starting a rock band, building a new-aged, hip coffee shop/hair salon-seriously, what were we thinking?), we came to the decision that we should be who we already are-artists.
I know. It’s a stretch from hair and music, but hey, we are who we are.
The one thing we knew for sure was, whatever it was that we were going to do with our talent, it had to be more than what we were doing (working in Purgatory. Boy it’s hot in there). We needed something…moor.
We felt it in our very fibrous being. The need to express our thoughts through words and art. So we started writing (something we have in common) and finished our first novels. But there was something else that was missing. We needed an outlet for the visions that danced inside our minds (it gets crazy up there sometimes).
Thusly ,Fae Tis Moor was born! A magical world full of art and inspiration where we could escape the confines of being ordinary.
We paint, draw, build shadow boxes, make candles and soaps (coming soon), capture Fairies and stuff them into jars (muhaha), bottle-up wishes into tiny glass vials to wear around your neck, pick pixie petals (try saying that three times fast) from our fairy garden and create lavishing hair pieces.
So to sum it up: We are eclectic and versatile. (And flipping awesome.)
I know, I know, you’re probably thinking, Well get to the good stuff already, sheesh. Okay! You don’t have to yell. Here is a small blip of our art!

Although this is sold, it is a perfect example of what our art is about. We love birds, trees, fairies, chocolate-wait we don’t paint that, umm…, yeah, whatever inspires us is conveyed onto a canvas or watercolor paper.
Onward march!
And here we have a woodland fairy’s bedroom captured inside a shadow box. At night, you can turn on the LED lights and be surrounded by the wonderous magic of our Moor.
But be warned! Fairies have a tendency to be hoarders. If you find something missing in your room, check your fairy’s bedroom…she may have taken it from you!
And lastly, who doesn’t have wishes, or hopes, or dreams? This tiny vial full of dandelion seeds holds your wishes for you to keep sacredly against your neck. This is just an example of the different varieties of Wish Necklaces that we have created.
Wishes are dreams in motion…;)
